Our Approach
Regular Office Hours (10 AM – 7 PM) :
$30 for 30 min
Regular Office Hours are for everyday academic obstacles. We’ll tackle the questions that slow progress but don’t need a full tutoring block.
These sessions are perfect for:
Reviewing a tricky concept
Getting unstuck before frustration builds
Help with seeing the next step in a problem
Clarification on an assignment
Quick diagnosis of where thinking breaks down
Targeted explanation matched to the student’s learning style

Urgent Office Hours
(7 PM – 12:00 AM) : $60 for 30 min
(12:00 AM - 10:00 AM) : $120 for 30 min
Urgent Office Hours are for high-pressure moments. We’ll tackle a homework crisis, or attack obstacles the night before a test or a project deadline.
These sessions provide:
Calm, focused support when stress is highest
Real-time correction so mistakes don’t snowball
Confidence to finish strong instead of guessing
Rapid identification of the most critical issues
Strategic prioritization to maximize limited time

• Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.
• All lessons are non-refundable.
Anytime Office Hours – Special Policy
Anytime Office Hours are designed for urgent academic needs and are often booked on short notice. You can book as late as 15 min before the time of your Daytime (10 am - 7 pm) or Evening (7 pm - 12 am) office hour and 30 min before the time of your Overnight (midnight through 10 am) office hour. Due to the real-time nature of these sessions, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Session Conduct
• Recording of any online or in-person session is strictly prohibited.
• Sessions are for registered students only.
Packages
• 5-session packages must be used within 8 weeks of purchase.
• 10-session packages must be used within 16 weeks of purchase.
• Expired sessions cannot be extended or refunded.
Technology Responsibility (Online Sessions)
• Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and working audio/video.
• Missed time due to technical issues on the student’s side is not refunded.
Academic Integrity
