The platform’s role is limited to facilitating scheduling and communication for tutoring-related services. Tutors listed on Anytime Office Hours are independent service providers, not employees or agents of the platform.

All tutoring sessions, academic guidance, and interactions occur directly between the tutor and the client. Anytime Office Hours does not supervise, control, or guarantee the content, outcome, or conduct of individual tutoring sessions.

Responsibility & Liability

  • Tutors are solely responsible for the services they provide, including instructional content, advice, and session conduct.

  • Clients are responsible for their own academic decisions, participation, and outcomes.

  • Anytime Office Hours is not responsible for disputes, damages, misunderstandings, or outcomes arising from tutor–client interactions.

  • While Anytime Office Hours verifies the university affiliation of listed mentors, clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, and the platform makes no guarantees regarding specific grades or academic outcomes.

Academic Integrity

Tutors act as academic enablers, providing instructional support, explanation, and guidance to foster student mastery. They do not complete graded assignments or exams on behalf of students. Responsibility for academic submissions remains with the student.

Payments & Scheduling

Any payments arranged directly between clients and tutors occur outside of the Anytime Office Hours platform. The platform does not process, store, monitor, or guarantee payments made outside the platform.

Anytime Office Hours is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or issues arising from direct payments between tutors and clients. Responsibility for payment arrangements rests solely between the tutor and the client.

Anytime Office Hours provides these connections as a community service and receives no commission or percentage of the fees arranged between tutors and clients.
